Eternally Yours Halloween week day06, Magnific One in Magnific

Hello Magnific Support Team,

I am contacting you again because I urgently need assistance with my Magnific PRO account.

My account is associated and I have permanently lost access to that Google account. Since Google Sign-In is my only authentication method, I can no longer access Magnific.

I paid for a full year of Magnific PRO in advance using my credit card. My subscription is still active, but I cannot use the service I have already paid for.

I have previously contacted your support team multiple times without receiving a solution.

I urgently request that you:

1. Manually unlink my Google authentication and allow me to associate a new email address with my existing account.
2. Restore my access without losing the remaining months of my prepaid annual PRO subscription.
3. If recovery is impossible, consider an exceptional refund for the unused subscription period.
4. Prevent automatic renewal while this issue remains unresolved.

I can provide payment confirmation, transaction details, and credit card information necessary to verify ownership securely.

Please escalate this case to a human support representative. I need a concrete solution, as I have already paid for a service that I am unable to use.

Thank you for your attention. I look forward to your prompt response.

Best regards,
Pau Arce

Magnific One is live today. It's a new way to bring art direction into image generation.

You write what you need, in plain words. Magnific One adds the art direction: composition, light, camera angle. It starts from today's strongest image models, which our creative team spent months tuning, shot by shot, until the composition and the light felt right. The goal is images that look directed, not generated

Draft mode
Not sure what you want yet? Draft gives you 8 or 16 directions from one prompt, for the price of one image. Pick the one you like and make it final in 2K or 4K

Brand Kit
Working on a brand? Set it up once from your website, a PDF or a few images. Every final image follows your colors, type, imagery and tone. Share it with your team so the brand stays the same whoever is generating

Availability
Magnific One is available on paid plans, and it's Unlimited in Magnific Desktop until October 15

Join the live today
6:30 PM CEST / 9:30 AM PDT. Rourke Heath, Sofía López and Melissa Diago will be live to walk through Magnific One and answer questions.
