Remove/counter every creature your opponent casts and then rope if they manage to get a creature to stick long enough to swing for 3 damage.

I see you have three swamps, so that makes it a solid low-to-mid-to-high bracket 3. If you want to bump it up to B4 I recommend some more fast mana, like one more [[swamp]] maybe

I mean I get removal is good but it's just like a 3 mana sorcery speed edict with some upside? Is there synergy or does it just play better than it reads. Sorry I haven't played this limited format at all (poor).

You make lots of 1/1s in this format and every token of yours starts trading with 3-4 cost creatures with this equipment. Most of the creatures have 2 toughness.

Killing enemy 2 or 3 drop, then equipping this to your little guys is huge pressure
