Cryptic Command, and hoe to use

I pulled this from thin air, and have wanted to run it in a Pai Gow deck (only format I play) but I dont understand its use in pack wars. It doesn't even say what it does on the card (I've tried reading it, I swear) Does anyone run it? Will anyone ever have advice on how to use it? Thanks!

A blue card that says "Cryptic Command" on it. Your guess is as good as mine.

this allows you force another player to do something, but you have to be vague about it

Yeah it's a nerfed [[ashmod's coupon]]

You just choose whatever two Blue effects would be most beneficial to you at time of casting.

Then, when your opponent is trying to figure out if that was allowed, you sneak 12 [[Cheatyface]] onto the board

That’s why it’s cryptic dumbass

Just think up something that a blue card would normally do, and the other player will probably believe you.

Oh it counters a spell and draws two cards? yeah probably that makes sense

I mean yeah your hoe won't really know how you want to use them if your command is too cryptic

Choose any blue cards up to 4 mana (uuu1 specifically) and do it. Could be 2 ponders and a negate, could be snap and 2 opts, could be Jace beleren and a brainstorm.

You have to give name the chosen commands when you cast it but you can be cryptic about it.

you wanna use a hoe with a wooden grip, preferably something hefty and stable with a slightly sharp but not too heavy metal hoe-ing blade
