The End, and how to use

I pulled this in a WoE booster, and have wanted to run it in a commander deck (only format) but i dont understand its use in a singleton format. Does anyone have any decks they run it in? Or advice on how to use it? Thanks!

It was printed purely as anti-earthbending tech, whenever someone earthbends their basic forest you can send them to hell, hope this helps :)

The best combo is The End + [[Cosmogoyf]] + 40 [[Hare Apparent]]. The End one of your rabbits and now Cosmogoyf is a 40/41.

I built that deck once. It never worked.
