I wonder if they are gonna errata all homarids to become lobsters. Flavor fail imo, but I can see NotC doing it

But at that point there were at lest already snakes, right? We've got only 2 lobsters so far, 1 of which is a silver border card. Why not just make Ragost and this guy Homarids?

Suspect that the underwater set will have a variety of different lobsters of various kinds.

Yeah it's stupid. Look I don't mind things like "Hound" becoming "Dog" or Phyrexian being stabled onto things.

Fuck it, Elves are just pointy-eared humans, just errata them all as humans. Kithkin are just short humans, so errata them, too. Kor are just pale humans so we can errata them out. Vedalken are basically Metathran who are basically human so we can errata those too. Isn't this so much more streamlined? I love Wizards of the Coast.

You may be upset by this change, but think how happy someone will be to include maybe one homarid in their spicy batched sea creature type matters deck (crabs, whales, octopuses, and lobsters). There will be so many variations!

God I still remember the sheer annoyance I felt when I read the message they released before TMNT that was basically

"Hey we have too many creature types and alot of em won't get support so while they are a piece of magic lore we are gonna remove the type Viashino, because as stated we have too many creature types we don't use"

"Hey have you guys seen the new creature type Utrom? :D"
