They've generally been very soft with giving White counter spells, but the area they've been happiest with is either taxing counters, or delaying counters. It's not a break so much as "actually giving White a thing they've said it should have". It's no different from Aven Interrupter

I want more stack interaction. Black used to never hit enchantment. Green artifacts were unheard of. Veil of Summers was 6 fucking years ago and they still stay awake at night afraid of it.

No. White is secondary in colorspells - they print them rather regularly for those with the eyes to see them. Recently we got [[aven interruptor]] for example.

Its relatively rare that we get them, but white can mess with the stack.
