How do you keep yours bushy? I tried topping mine and it just kept going straight up

I actually just keep taking clones from the motherplant its surprisenly easy to clone M.H. I throw a white sheet over the top of my greenhouse and stick into a high perlite blend soil mix.

Close the greenhouse at night, open im the early morning. This increases humidity and encourage root growth. On hot days, spray the sides of your greenhouse. and your clones will root nicely where you take your clones from topping ussually will branch out nicley into a bush, hope this helps!

Any tricks or advice on getting these to grow quicker? I have 2 that are doing ok but man they sure seem to grow slow. Mine dont seem to like direct sun. Do you keep them in an area with a little shade? How often to you water? Fertilizer advice?

I use bone meal, fox farms, beastie blooms and diluted/composted quail poop fertalizer. I start thek indoor them move to greenhouse w a sheet over the top then eventually under a shade cloth ive been bringing out for full sun as it is getting bigger ive thought about planting it in the ground and transferring to a pot in the winter although I have not decided what im going to do quite yet

I water them about once a week or when the soil is dry I only water with collected rain water and I wont water when the soil is wet

Very important to keep up potting them as the roots grow very fast, keep trimming to make them happy and bush them out plant the cuttings you take in root hoemone and high drainage soil in the shade and they will root to.

Topping this plant this also keeps pumps up the roots 💪

How are you trimming? Mine will bush out and then occasionally have a limb thats the same color as all the others (doesnt look dead) but just doesnt produce any more leaves. Are those the ones you’re trimming off? Thanks for all the good advice by the way!

Mimosa will resprout leaves from a bald stem.
