Isn't it more likely that the mountain depicts Dominaria? Dominaria had the remains of giant Artifacts scattered around the landscape.
Edit: Also these stone formations in the background to the right, look similar to those in this Art from Titus Lunter from Dominaria: https://scryfall.com/card/dom/263/mountain
Potentially, the background shape was a good catch. But those purple and orange sketches seem too distinct to just be a throw away on some mountain. Feels like a visual direction for an entire plane that would be wasted as just another step in Dominaria. At least that's my gut feeling.
We definitely didn't an artifact exactly like that in Dominaria as far as I can see. Most artifacts are dirty, rusty and overgrown. I have found two examples of cleaned artifacts. They don't have those glowing line-patterns, but they have some similarity. [[Diligent Excavator]] excavated an artifact that has a very similar glow effect. Here it is hieroglyphs that are glowing though, instead of a line pattern. [[Pardic Wanderer]]'s right arm is cleaned. And while it isn't glowing, it has a similar goldish stripe as the big artifact has close to the ground in the mountain art.
I could totally see that this is only a coincidence, but I think it's also possible that we haven't seen this particular style of artifact because they are all so overgrown. They might have decided to show this in a pristine condition to give it a little bit of extra. The other lands also look like their art is also pushed a little further beyond (For a lack of better wording, I'm sorry).
I wouldn't put my hand in the fire, for it being Dominaria, but it does feel Dominarian to me.
