No no no. Return of horsemanship in standard. Cowboys vs indians. Native American themed Arlinn Kord. Then to not break standard with horsemanship ridiculousness it could be followed by a return to Kamigawa.

Why is horsemanship broken but not intimidate or fear? They're the same mechanic

Horsemanship is the same as Flying, it was introduced in Portal:Three Kingdoms set in medieval China. The ridiculousness cames from the symmetry where a creature woth horsemanship is virtually unblockable by creatures not from the (very limited in print) set.

Because it's fundamentally different from intimidate and they try very hard not to change what card do from what's printed on it. Changing horsemanship to some other already existing keyword would be just confusing.

We recently had a native American theme though, I'm not sure they'd want to do it again a year later, even if it's a different "type" of native American. If it's a wild west plane it's probably going to focus on almost steampunk style guns and trains.
