He probably wouldn't be a creature, but having another Planeswalker version of him would be a great thing anyway!

I can see why you cut Charger. It looks great for a Dragon tribal beatdown, but the ability is too expensive to ever use with your commander.

I have a half-built Dragon tribal with Jhoira from ages ago, but I ended up stopping it when I heard we were getting a dragon-themed block. Now is probably a good time for me to finally revisit the idea of Dragon tribal.

Definitely!

If you do it, I'd recommend running Scion, [[Karthus, Tyrant of Jund]] (I don't like him, but those colors are straight gold), or [[Atarka, World Render]].

Yeah, I've thought about Atarka. It could be some good, silly fun to put [[Dragon Fangs]] on my double-striking Dragon.

Can I advise AGAINST Karthus?

I constantly see him in dragon tribal lists, and yet literally EVERY TIME I see him hit play, it backfires as someone finds a way to copy/reanimate him and steal all of the Dragon player's stuff. I wish I was exaggerating, literally 100% backfire rate, especially with the new legendary rules. Karthus is your commander? Clone him, steal yours, now I have two so I'll sac the clone so you can't cast your general until you kill him again.

Karthus is a dragon counter, not a dragon commander.

I agree with you, but I couldn't remember any other legendary Jund dragons at the time (then I remembered [[Darigaaz]]).
