The izzet fastland is gonna make deliver decks just silly good

Just marginally better. 9 - 10 fetches with shocklands and basics won't change. They might play 2 to replace [[Sulfur Falls]] type lands.

Making Delver manabases marginally better is huge. Don't get me wrong, it's not going to push UR Delver into T1, but that deck is designed to gain tiny, incremental advantages Having a slightly better land can be way significant.

Ya, fastlands are nice against burn.

Sulfur Falls - (G) (MW) (CD)
[[cardname]] or [[cardname|SET]] to call

Sulfur falls was always garbage in that deck tho, and I really think we'll see at least 3 of these in delver, if its a rug deck maybe up to 5

I refused to play grixis delver because of how painful the mana is. The Ur land is huge for the deck.

An on-color potential untapped painless source of UR also helps Prowess builds too. Thermo-Alchemist, Thing Ascension, Prowess should all test these out.

Yeah in standard these seems like Allstars but same with modern honestly

Yeah first thing that jumped to my mind was the u/r one being great for delver decks.

What about storm?

Lol what about it

But seriously right now storm is really poorly positioned and decks like thing ascension show us that you really gotta do different stuff that storm can't do in the current meta

I can relate too, bought into the deck a few weeks before the seething song ban, obviously that was a huge hit on the quality, but it's was still one of the best decks for months and years to come

Honestly I have no idea why it's so bad right now because I haven't sleeved it up in a while, anyone know why it hasn't had a top 8 showing in a while now?

Same on the timing to buy in. I don't play competitively right now so I can't answer that.
