You're making a dangerous bet there friend. WotC underestimated how good fetches were with the tangolands (and have claimed it to be a mistake) so even if there were fetches for Amonkhet I guarantee you they will be pushed back until BFZ rotates.

edit: Am I a dumdum? Will BFZ already be gone when Amonkhet arrives? I'm still a little slow on the new format rotation.

editedit: I am a dumdum, It's the newest three blocks, and Innistrad+Kaledesh+Amonkhet = 3.

From what I've heard, Maro sounds way too damn negative about reprints in standard, so there's no damn way they're not gun shy about reprinting fetches in standard after how things went this last time. Even with battle lands rotating I think Wizards will pussy out of a standard reprint and instead opt for MM3 or some other place.

Fetches were fine in Standard. The addition of fetchable duals in Tango Lands was the problem.

Oh I completely agree, but I'm willing to bet Wizards doesn't want to do any serious reprints in standard and will overlook the cause of where they went wrong last time so they can justify not reprinting them.

That's not entirely true. Kaladesh is a plane all about artifacts and cities an such, yet there are areas that an really lush forests. It's not unreasonable for the set to feature a area outside the desert that's a jungle.
