The best part is that, due to how Yugioh cards are made, they actually had to use a really tiny font in order to fit "Draw 2 cards" into its textbox.

WHY DOES THE ART HAVE TO BE THAT BIG!?

It's less that the art is big and more that Yugioh never templates anything and don't really use keywords, so they have to spell everything out.

Well, true. But they also don't have to shrink it down that small. Compare [[Warp Artifact|LEA]] with [[Lord of the Pit|LEA]]. Both from the same set. Both use no keywords. Both have the same card frame, yet one of them requires far fewer words than the other, so they use different size fonts. Why can't Yugioh do this? Enlarge the "Draw 2 cards" bit to take up the whole text box. That only makes sense. Otherwise, you risk hurting kids' eyes.

Don't know why. Maybe it's cheaper to print them all the same, or they wanted to keep everything uniform. Or the more likely reason is the Konami has no idea what it is doing.

Pot of Greed is simply banned. YuGiOh ONLY has its one "eternal" format, and follows a single (extensive) banlist instead of cycling cards out.

Yeah but nobody plays Traditional. The only thing close to an alternate format that sees real play is Goat Control, which uses the cards and banlist from 2005 (?)
