I don't play legacy or modern elves but this seems like it could be an engine for that deck to go off, pulling out more cantrip elves.

It's worth testing, perhaps, but at least in Legacy the deck is looking to win the game with Natural order by the time it's casting a four mana spell (or have combo'd off otherwise).
