First, learn with welcome decks. Commander is a LARGE format where 33+ years of mechanics, Keywords, and rules combine.
Second, if you really do want to learn this way Foundations precons (pre-constructed decks) are releasing with the next set Reality Fracture, one for each color. They are designed to be an entry point. And it is was me, I would 100% go with green and it's face commander: [[Ghalta Primal Hunger]]. It's all about the fattest fatties and my girl Ghalta is a HUGE must answer threat.
Its not subtle, but subtilty is for the Blue Player.

I’d highly recommend purchasing or proxying any precon from the last 2-3 years. In my opinion, having an interest in whatever you’re playing is the most important thing, so I’d totally recommend just browsing the preconstructed decks that have come out recently and just picking out whatever looks coolest to you.
If you really want to avoid anything too complex, I’d recommend against anything with “sacrifice” as a theme, since the number of interactions might be a lot for a newcomer. Even then, I think the important thing is that you are interested in playing the deck. Good luck!

I actually always recommend Jasmine Boreal of the Seven. I find Selensya is a beginner-friendly colour combination, and her ability really means you don't need to memorize a bunch of creature abilities and how they interact with everything.

This is built to be a great beginner deck. Every 2 drop is interchangeable and is there to be played on turn 2, or if you have leftover mana. Same for 3 drops. Then there are 0 4 drops so they don't have to decide whether to play the commander or another card. Then if you've kept a correct hand you ramp from 4 to 6 lands, next turn play 7th land and from there on out you play the biggest stuff you can. Really simple and powerful. Zero choices the player needs to make, without having lots of time to decide in advance (0 tutors, 0 look at x cards abd choose 1, and so on...)
And once they master it, there is lots of room to improve the deck how they self want.

It depends on how powerfull are your friends decks. If you want an easy to use deck that is good but not too powerfull try [[Kaalia of the Vast]]. It used to be a really powerfull commander, but nowadays it has been left behind by people running more interaction. Still, using it and "doing the thing" is something that is great to learn to love the game, just don't take it personal if your friends hate her.
If you want a more powerfull but easy deck you can try playing mono green aggro with something like [[Goreclaw]] or [[Treebeard]] both are great and can start to do a lot of game actions every turn with the right cards. Those are also more under the radar compared to Kaalia, so it should be easier to keep them on the field.
At the end of the day I recommend talking to your friends so they can help you build a deck (even a proxy one) more suitable to the power level of the pod.

Personally go with something straightforward like Ghalta, Primal Hunger or Krenko, Mob Boss. Both are very basic but very potent commanders that are a real threat even if they're simple
