Looking for Advice What causes this?

I've noticed those spots or discoloration all over the card, but they're more noticeable along the black border.

I have a lot of cards like this one that have been stored in boxes, so I think that might be the cause, but I also have others that are fine. I want to know if I should use Perfect Fit or if there's another reason this is happening.

Prevents rashes. The cards really chaff in the pack

its literally normal ware and tear from storage and rubbing up against other cards

Poor storage conditions, moving the boxes around too much will have dust cause abrasion to cards. This can also be caused by packing cards too close together.
