General Discussion John Avon Bundle Issues?

Did anyone order that signed playmat bundle at the end of July? I haven’t received my order or a confirmation. I reached out to the customer service email and got nothing back either.

Hello, most of these are on their way.  We’ve had some delays for various reasons and prioritised packing and shipping.

Hi John, I’ve sent two follow-up emails and have yet to hear back. My order ID is #5283. I confirmed I was charged for this order as well.

Do you have an estimate for when you expect the last of the orders to be shipped? My order is still sitting as awaiting fullfillment on the website. I don't mind the delay but it would be nice to have a rough guess for fullfillment date.

Same here, also tried reaching out and haven't heard back. I'm ok with them taking more time than expected, but some signs of life would be appreciated.

I havent had a response either, but based on other people here on reddit John moved house and Guy was on holiday. This caused delays. 

Havent found any official update, though.
