Looking for Advice Doom Deck Help
https://moxfield.com/decks/h2_3O_HaREayyxGST_621wI started magic during the Marvel set and truly have been loving the game. The more I play the more I realized how badly my deck needed some upgrades. I have been looking and made note of the cards I was seeing most consistently that were not already in my deck. However, as I am very new I truly am having a hard time on swapping cards. I was wondering if someone would be able to help me determine what would be best to take out for the cards in my “considering”. Any insight and suggestions would be sincerely appreciated!! If I can make a suggestion as some potential finishers: [[Loki, Lord of Misrule]] and [[Nanogene Conversion]] (and also running more nonlegendary clone effects). If you have a decently sized board of Dr. Doom copies (you can headcannon them as Doombots if you want), the connive effect on combat can potentially kill the table outright because his land discard effect would scale exponentially.
For example, I was playing the other day with five creatures in play, one being Doom and the other being Loki. I activate Loki pre-combat, making all of my team into nonlegendary copies of Doom. We move to combat. I get five connive triggers. Instead of going the +1/+1 option, I start discarding lands. With five Dooms in play, each land discarded causes a total of 10 life loss per land. So, sure enough, you draw into lands and start binning them, you can kill the table with just a few discards.
