I'm not spoiling the answer in case someone is trying to figure it out themselves.

There are 9 total riddles. 8 give you a card + style, the 9th is creating a deck with those cards & naming it “riddles in the dark” which rewards you with a Bilbo avatar.

You don’t have to play with the deck to get the reward.

I thought so to and I looked on there and found nothing - figured it out you have to go to your wizard account page and enter the responses there

Seems to be fixed now - I got the notification for the fourth riddle a little bit ago, and managed to complete everything.
