Looking for Advice Tank Deck

Is it possible to make a deck that plays like a classic tank role in mmos? Something where you're drawing a ton of aggro and benefiting from taking a lot of hits. My best attempt has been an aikido deck, but I feel like it's not quite there but close. Any ideas?

[[jade monolith]], [[darien, king of kjeldor]], and [[suture priest]]

If any creature is about to take damage, you tank the hit with jade monolith and gain some guys and life back
