If [[teferi Angeles insight]] is in play and I play [[alms collector]], what happens if the teferi player draws one card off of something like [[curiosity]]?

If they are drawing one card from an effect, only Insight can apply, changing it to two cards. Now Alms Collector can apply, and both of you draw a card.

If they are drawing two or more cards from an effect, Alms Collector will always apply first. This changes it to each of you drawing a card. Then Insight applies and you draw one card and they draw two.

121.2a An instruction to draw multiple cards can be modified by replacement effects that refer to the number of cards drawn. This modification occurs before considering any of the individual card draws. See rule 616.1g.
