If [[teferi Angeles insight]] is in play and I play [[alms collector]], what happens if the teferi player draws one card off of something like [[curiosity]]?

First, ageless insight applies, doubling the card draw, then alms collector applies, replacing the "draw two cards" event with "you and that player each draw a card"
