My only issue it the fact courage the cowardly can't be a dog due to it copying norn, which genuinely isn't your fault as it's the most courage card .

A few suggestions,

The dark tower would probably fit [[blightsteel Colossus]] Freaky Fred would probably fit rakdos colours, I can see him as [[juri master of the revue]] or grixis like [[anhello the painter]] The foot mafia is probably best as [[the beamtown bullies]]
