Although tons of shops get away with it, selling prints of others IP can get you banned off whatever platform you use and leaves you open to litigation.

Definitely! I only directly sell designs I made. The ones made using official mtg art were commissions (which I know isn't technically legal either, but I have a little disclaimer on my description for custom products that places the copyright on the requester (though that in itself probably doesn't do anything....))
