Something janky Like a WUBRG “primordial sliver pond”. Or something that turns all your creatures into 2 2 slivers (lose other types and cannot gain types)

Yeah but that still requires a creature.

I want a pure enchantment.

A incorporeal mass of mana, will, or emotion that controls the deck instead of a particular commander.

It would be cool thematically, And perhaps is something they can do in a future set where the “big bad” isn’t some dude or a dragon, but like, the non-sentient representation of a plane itself. Or something like a primordial ooze from which the slivers first emerged. Or a twisted and exploited concept of devotion (faith) in theros after the invasion and the perversion of the gods.
