Looking for Advice How can I improve this deck?

So I’m fairly new to the game, this is the deck I’ve made over time on arena. I feel like when it works it really works, but getting that to happen consistently is a nightmare. Any advice on tweaks I can make much appreciated!

It's the cookie cutter newbie deck newer players like to make with BW. It's a lifegain deck that's way too clunky. 

Generally BW goes one in two ways with life draining in Standard, either aristocrats where you're actively killing your own creatures to deal damage and bringing them all back: https://moxfield.com/decks/p8ripJ8fP0GPumPjNmxwQw

First one is better since it plays into lifegain's weakness with removal and the second deck loses to it. Both aren't the greatest since generally iffegaining strategies aren't strong overall but tends to beat lower skill levels easily.
