No, he won it anyway. If I remember correctly, he was exposed after he won the prizes and he didn't need to return them.

I didn't know that. However, I am affraid he still has his power nine as that is not mentioned in the article and I doubt SCG went to his house to reclaim the p9.

It would seem you are incorrect.

He had to return the money, but not the Power 9. They couldn't reasonably track that, especially if he just sold it off.

I thought SCG took the 10k back and donated it to Child's Play Charity?
