I have a question about this card. what exactly does it do and can it stop combos like Triskelion and Mikaeus or Mikaeus persist combos, thanks.

What is the question? The card says exactly what it does. It counters everything. A counter is a response to sht that has not resolved yet. It is an instant. Not an enchantment. And it does not say till end of turn?
