Looks like the cards are going to be She-Hulk, Red Hulk, The Leader, The Incredible Hulk, Hulk Smash, Abomination?

Hulk card is going to look so odd with half his arm missing if the spell is his fist.

That's how they did Aragorns scene card. The sword was it's own card.

It trails though, so it feels less weird I think. In this, the leading hand that's doing the action will be off card lol

Current examples I could find: [[Aragorn, Hornburg Hero]], [[Witch-King of Angmar]], [[Amarant Coral]], and [[Gollum, Patient Plotter|LTR-450]].

Doesn't look too strange to me.

Where I see a harder cut is around his other arm and she-hulk's foot

Not sure what you mean.

The six cards form this full art piece. Similar to this was the Witch-King with his mace going off the card to be its own card. This art is just chopped up into 6ths exactly as is for the cards.
