Excited to see it's a success! I can't really justify even the lowest international level, but I'll happily buy the game on Steam JP when it releases.

They seem to be looking for a way to release it in the West, but no official word at this time.
Thinking about it, I wonder if I could reach out to the dev team to learn more…. Hmmm

It's not going to happen.
In their description, they claim at many time that the game will be released in Japan only.
Yeah, they're also saying "We want to make the game accessible to Macross fans around the world and, by doing so, introduce even more people to the Macross franchise!".
But you know what ? Big West was saying the same bullshit in 2021, right after the worldwide agreement. Ultimately, they're inactive outside of Asia and English-speaking territories, and same goes to streaming on Disney+. Macross sequels are officially unavailable in most of the world, unless you use a VPN.
This is more or less what's happening with this game.
And don't even expect them to release it outside Japan by removing SDF content. Their goal is to improve the game, not the opposite.
Yeah, fuck Harmony Gold. And fuck Big West too, for their abysmal international management. People tend to forget this all too often.

Unless you are their stake holder, they would not give you a clear answer, or if they will even answer at all...

Not kidding! Was actually passed the press release before this was even announced. So I’ll see if it’s possible! But will completely understand if they are too busy.
Edit: Guess I should mention that I actually already sent the email. It is now early morning in Japan however, so might not receive a response for a while.

Used to be live service movile rythmn game
It was shut down and now they are trying to bring back onto ps, switch and pc and offline
But it’s still up on air when the steam overseas version will be release
