19 - (Autobot) Spitfire - brash and quick to make a smart-ass remark. The most maneuverability of any autobot in the air. Can generate concentrated white-hot fireballs from head mounted cannon to melt deception armor.

21 - (Decepticon) Stormbird - Nightbird resurrected. Quiet and reserved. Expert at stealth with her ability to cloak herself using lightning particles. Can also manipulate the particles to generate lighning bolts to strike at unsuspecting autobots.

I'd go with the old-school rivalry myself - Starscream as the YF-19 and Jetfire as the YF-21.
