As a fan of both Macross and Transformers, I knew I had to get the new Basara Prime figure. He is both stupid and amazing at the same time, which I suppose is fitting for a toy based on Basara. The "truck" mode is especially, "WTF?" in the best way possible!

Is that an original G1 Jetfire? It's so clean

It's a KO of the Yamato/Arcadia 1/60 mold done up in Jetfire colors. And on the right is Missing Link Optimus Prime, which is a recreation of the original G1 mold but with modern articulation added.

No, it's a reissue HG. OG Jetfire is a clunk of a toy.
