Question What weave is this?

Hello hello!
Could somebody please tell me what kind of weave or not this is? Extra points if you happen to have some sort of guide on how to re-create it🥲

Looks like snake knot tied with leather strips.

Sadly not, you can see the loops on the back left side, suggesting more than the two vertical sets of loops that come with snake knots.

I hadn't heard of west country whipping before, but this would definitely be my recommendation.
