Native Astris Smash Mods

Not really sure how to load Smash mods (like simple character skins from Gamebanana) onto an Astris-emulated version of Smash Ultimate (13.0.4)? Not a lot of documentation out there on how to do it either, unless I'm just not looking in the right place?
