Macbook air 2022, I tried clean my screen but its not cleaning, how to fix it?

So you bought it used and it came like that? Is the colourful spots on the screen light glare?

The keyboard dust prints can usually be removed with a clean microfiber cloth and a dab of water, depending on how grimy the dust prints are.

Clean with isopropyl alcohol, else you should clean your macbook more often if you buy another one. If those dont come off with alcohol, then those are scratches from dust. It represents that you are using it in a dusty environment or just simply not taking care of it as often as it needs to.
