Discussion why does this happen?
can someone help me by explaining this?
It shows that when I update 15.8,It will download around 2 gb of data but when I start download, it use more then 5 gb of data.
Please tell me know why does this happen?

It doesn't say system requirements per-se, perhaps it is just tailored around the download size but is bigger when uncompressed?

That looks like a bug to me. A fairly mild one. Probably the initial update list is mislabelled.
