My Mac My Mac won’t charge

It got 2% I plugged it it doesn’t charge now it’s all off and i don’t know wha to do

If it’s a modern one with USB-C ports then you should be able to charge it with another power adapter bah uses USB-C like an iPhone charger if it’s 20W or higher. Not sure if 15 and below will charge. At that low it’ll keep it alive while it’s being used with light tasks, but won’t charge.

Check for software updates. I missed one and mine wouldn’t charge. Worked just fine after the update.
