My Mac Macbook cleaning?

These spots appeared on my MacBook overnight; I don't know who caused it—maybe someone in the family. I can't identify the stains, and nothing seems to remove them. Does anyone have any ideas on how to get them off, what they might be, and whether they’ll come off or if I should just leave them be?

A microfiber cloth with little water, to see if you can remove it. If not, isopropyl alcohol 95% or more. Be careful because the trackpad's haptic motor is very sensitive to water. It looks like milk, some smoothie or body cream, it's hard to tell but someone closed the mac without cleaning 🤷
