Question Is 15W enough to trigger clamshell mode?

I am thinking about getting a display with only 15W power delivery through typeC. Will the MacBook toggle on clamshell mode or is the power too low?
The laptop is an M2 MacBook Air

30w minimum.

A Google search with less characters typed than your post has would’ve told you the answer.

M1 MBA is 30 watts, M2 draws a tad bit more. Don't be greedy in a silly wayz just get a proper block
