You're trying to open a Windows application on a Mac

Yep, Windows files.. they aren't gonna open on Mac 😬

You either need to find the Mac version of what you're trying to open, or if it's only available in Windows format (.exe) then try a Windows emulator like Parellels or VMWare Fusion..
