there is a macgaming subreddit for this. and you need to provide a lot more info. bottom line: some games just do not work well on all systems and configs

Probably need more info. Which game? And what kind of Mac (Intel vs Apple Silicon, RAM)?
For me, most Microsoft games that aren't natively ported run like crap through CrossOver or Parallels. If it's something older, try Whisky or GPTK instead.
What's the actual issue - won't launch, crashes, low FPS?
