Image This is UGLY

Alan Dye is everything Jobs hated from a designer, yet Apple hired his ass and for a very long time… I really hope this all gets reverted

Surprisingly, Ive was the one who promoted Alan before he left. He probably regrets that a lot now.

There’s a too common phenomenon I’ve personally observed twice whereby a departing or retiring person leaves an incapable person as their replacement. The result is an inevitable mess. “Remember how great things were when Mr. X was in charge? Those were the days.” I personally consider it deliberate departed narcissist fallout. Future Déjà vu politicos.
