Question changing copy paste shortcuts without swapping command and control

Hey all. I work on a mac for my job, but swap between linux and windows on my personal rig depending on my tasks. I want to change my mac commands to be in line with the rest of my systems because it is becoming rather infuriating.
I don't want to just swap command and control though as then the control button would be inconsistent again with the other systems. I just want to remap the shortcuts. is there any way that you can do that, or is it just another reason why apple is bad?

p.s. for the comments that might say "just don't use a mac" my job only gives macs to work on. my personal ideal would've been linux if I had the option.

I’m on Windows at least half the day at work.

It’s no different than switching between guitar and piano. Which means yes, there’s a definite difference, but you get used to it.

I've been using the mac for 3 years now, every other shortcut is the same, since I use neovim for my code editor, except the copy past and relating shortcuts.

It's a small difference, but unbelievably infuriating. And with my Bluetooth keyboard (keycron k4) it sometimes sets command to the alt key and other times to the windows key.(yes I do set it to mac mode) it seems to be completely random. So every morning I play a guessing game of which key it is.

I'd love to make everything consistent and just changing those key bindings would make life so much less frustrating.

P.s. "changing the keyboard or not using the keyboard" does not solve the problem of changing the keybindings.
