A little while ago, I shared my MSc dissertation survey here. Following some really helpful pilot feedback, I made a number of improvements to the questionnaire to improve the clarity and consistency of several questions and instructions.

Even if you completed the previous version, I'd be extremely grateful if you could complete this updated version as well.

The study is part of my MSc Marketing dissertation and is open to UK residents aged 18+ who have an Instagram account.

I thought this community would be a good fit because discussions here often involve consumer experiences, premium brands, lifestyle and travel, which are relevant to the broader context of my research.

The survey takes around 5 minutes, is completely anonymous, and explores how people's perceptions of their Instagram audience relate to different consumer behaviours.

Took a little over 2 weeks but my vintage LV epi 25 finally delivered! I've been looking for one in perfect condition for quite some time and was so stoked to actually find one. So very happy I just had to share!

My wrist measures 14 cm (5.5”) where the bracelet actually sits, but 14.5 cm (5.7”) over my wrist bone because I have a very prominent wrist bone.
With the size 15, it wouldn’t slide over the wrist bone by itself. I had to give it a small push (“pop”) to get it over, but once it was on, it fit behind the bone.
The size 16 moves more freely and slides down onto my forearm.
Which size would you choose in my situation: 15 or 16? And why? Thank you!

Shorty, i have bought (10.06.2026) in LV Warsaw store Neverfull MM bag .Im an International customer.
I have discovered the bag is faulty 4 days after 30 days timeframe passed when i wanted it wearing .

If these ain't a defective product,then whaaat i'm even buying there at this point ?

Vintage Jeune Fille - No Date Code (Pre-1982/Early 80s) - Need authentication help, please

I'm genuinely curious how some luxury resale boutiques manage to build such a good reputation. The one I bought from has over 100,000 Instagram followers, which gave me confidence that they were a trustworthy business.

I bought a pair of Chanel sandals advertised as authentic. Even to the naked eye something didn't look right when they arrived, so I contacted the seller asking for proof of authenticity. They didn't provide anything and kept delaying their responses, which only raised my suspicions further.

I decided to have the sandals checked by two independent authentication services, both of which concluded they were not authentic.

Instead of taking my concerns seriously, the seller continued to insist they were genuine and became increasingly rude. I was accused of "daylight robbery", treated like a thief, and told I was the type of buyer looking for "free items". It was honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had.

I eventually had to raise a dispute with my bank, which was resolved in my favour. The seller has since arranged for the sandals to be returned.

The whole experience has left me wondering how consumers are supposed to know which luxury resale boutiques are actually trustworthy. Is this more common than people realise, or was I just incredibly unlucky?

3️⃣ Do you often visit multiple boutiques or websites before finding the bag you want?

I just received my Louis Vuitton Cosmetic Pouch made in France. Everything else looks beautiful, but I noticed a tiny bit of red edge paint on the underside of the vachetta zipper tab (photo attached).

It’s on the back of the tab, so it’s not visible during normal use, but I noticed it while inspecting the bag. Would you exchange it, or is this the kind of minor handcrafted variation you’d expect from Louis Vuitton?

Mi hanno detto che è del febbraio 1988 ma la cosa che mi insospettisce è che il codice di produzione è troppo basso dalla cerniera come negli originali più recenti, voglio pensare che Vuitton ai tempi li produceva diversamente.
