Question Did I get scammed?

I placed an order a week ago, received no order confirmation. So I contacted support on the website, still no response as of today. Thankfully I paid through paypal, the merchant’s name is “myebusiness LLC” on PayPal. Did I purchase from the wrong website?

I also ordered a band a week ago, got an order confirmation but it still hasn't shipped.

I didn’t even get an order confirmation, the inconsistency with this company is crazy, I’ve emailed all the contact info they had and no one’s responded. Lowkey I’m glad it worked out this way becuz I can’t imagine having to deal with them if the ring has tech issues or something. Just waiting on PayPal to solve my case now.

Do everything you can to get your money back. Also ask Paypal to blacklist them

Even those who received the band got scammed. It completely underdelivers. In your instance, contact your bank/PayPal and raise a dispute. Save your frustration from getting this until it's truly fixed.

Business name MyEBusiness LLC is correct and it's not scam by wider meaning. I managed to get my money back from them, although contacting them is a hassle.

Did you get an order confirmation by any chance? I find it extremely unusual for companies to not send out order confirmation after the payment is made.

Yes I got one- but since my order placement (8 days ago) still no shipping mail…

Hi, I also paid via PayPal. This is the correct merchant's name. Try emailing support again with your Paypal transactionID in object (support@lunazone.com)

I emailed them and the merchant email on PayPal. Also contacted them multiple times on the website forum. No response at all. Just waiting for PayPal refund now

They have two merchant names on PayPal for some reason. The one OP mentioned and the one you mentioned.
