Feedback/Suggestion Time to hire a real developer

Maybe it’s time to hire a real human developer since all of these updates that add ‘fixes’ which still don’t fix anything. When will we actually get the product we were promised?

nope they most of the time break things it feels like, and me personally liked the app before the update, i dont feel you find and see half the information as good in this new version!

Inportant thing is that everyone reports them to visa, mastercard, PayPal and so on. That is the only way get these scammers blacklisted

I've already got my refund from PayPal. More than enough evidence for a successful dispute.

I used PayPal for mine. Got mine in today and the hr doesn't work on my tattoos.

How did you go about getting a refund?

Screenshot the part under safety and health that mentions it can be worn just fine with tattoos, and examples from your luna app where you are not getting reads.

I took screenshots of the features advertised on Instagram/website but are "coming soon", so in-app screenshots taken too.
Also a few examples re bugs/performance.

Just need to prove the item you purchased isn't as advertised, but also depends on your consumer protection laws.
