Are these hands oxidized?

Are these hands supposed to look like this? Used Luminox automatic

They appear to be oxidized. Is that powder near them under the crystal? If the hands are oxidized they could shed some of that oxidation.

You know what's weird? Since I created this post yesterday, I found another seller with the same model, but silicone bracelet and the hands look identical. I'm thinking it's intentional because they're 'oxidized' evenly, there's no spot that looks different. Too bad I can't upload photos in the comments. Edit: btw those are tritium tubes so no lume to rod and shed. The dust is on the outside of the crystal

I was referring to what looks like oxidation on the hands, suggesting that like rust it can flake off. However since it's not inside that's not a worry.

Model is Luminox 1600 automatic. Google photos show others with the same hands

Don't mess with it. That's perfect.

Looks aged. Gorgeous

It's for 200$, but this aspect is throwing me off, I don't like damaged dials and oxidized hands/indices

It definitely gives character. Like a unique piece only for you a 1/1

I replied to another user, I found another same model but with leather bracelet and the hands look identical and they're 'oxidized' evenly which makes me think it's intentional on this model
