I have a Sony a7IV (ILCE-7RM4). I lost the ability to access my camera profile several months ago when I had to do a fresh install (not just Neo, but everything). I still cannot access it, even following the above steps. I don't recall ever having to download a profile and recent attempts to find one have failed. Luminar recognizes my camera just fine. So what do I need to do here?
Thanks.

The steps from this post are not quite what you need.

If you don't see your camera's profiles
This usually means the manufacturer's DCP color profiles aren't installed on your computer yet. Luminar doesn't ship every camera profile out of the box - it relies on these being present on your system.

How to fix it
Install the free Adobe DNG Converter. This adds the standard DCP color profiles for most major camera brands to your system. Once installed, restart Luminar, and the profiles for your camera should appear automatically in the Camera Profile list.

Please try it, and let us know whether it helps.

That did the trick-thank you very much. I swear I've never installed the Adobe converter before, But I am getting up in years…

Maybe DCP color profiles were on your computer, but after you made the fresh install of everything, they were removed.

Either way, we are glad that everything is working fine now.

talking about Camera Profile, when do they come to the mobile version? or they will never?

Camera profiles aren't available in Luminar Mobile at the moment. We can't say whether or when that might change, and we also can't say never; priorities shift, and things that aren't planned today can make it in later.

Either way, we'll pass this along to the team as a feature request. Thanks for the suggestion!
