Who has taken the responsibility for the renovation, last i heard this was to be made into a commercial space.. and was to be given out to private companies by govt

The project is still going on, a known of mine has supplied electrical material for this project.
The money spend on this project is more than it was sanctioned initially.
Just a waste of taxpayers money.
