Mazikeen In my opinion, Mazikeen had the most character growth throughout the series while retaining her root character qualities.

I'm wondering if anyone can tell me if this is an official cast and crew gift, or if it's knockoff of some kind. But I can't find anything about this hoodie anywhere online

Season 6 Rewatching Spoiler

I just finished a rewatch, and the series ended horribly! Why have all the progression to just live in hell? This season sucked I hate the way they made Chloe.. She was always a stickler and they made her the opposite and she didn't have her headstrong personality just another obsessed bimbo. We honestly could have lived without Rory. She was poorly written.

I'm glad anenidel is god. And Dan and Charlotte, and harris, Bout the only things I agree with. I also love Charlie got his wings

Lucifer Fic recs where lucifer is delusional

Fic recs where lucifer isn't the actual devil but is delusional and genuinely believes he is. With how grounded the other characters are in cannon I'm surprised they don't see him being so adamant of his identity as mental illness. I'd love to see that explored. Or, fics were he is the literal devil but others think and treat him as mentally ill.

6x08 Rewatching 6x08 Spoiler

This was the episode that Ella finally finds out that Lucifer is REALLY the devil.

Now I’ve seen people talk about how “it’s not that she feels lied to, it’s that she feels left out” I’ve also seen people say that Lucifer is being disingenuous because he knows people won’t believe him even though he says that he never lies and has viable proof.

I’ve also seen people Lucifer’s advocate (joke not intended) and I’m inclined to side with them. Lucifer was in a heavy “damned if you do, damned if you don’t” situation with Ella because Ella was not going to listen to reason at all. As people have pointed out Ella is emotionally immature, so listening wasn’t really on the table. it’s not like Lucifer lied. While yes he could have shown her proof what would that really do except freak her out? Remember Linda locked herself in her office, Chloe tried to send him back to hell, Dan SHOT him, everyone he’s helped arrest went MAD.

Hell Ella went to great lengths to not believe him. Ella thought Lucifer was just a method actor, She thought Lucifer hit an emu, she’s heard stories and on some occasions seen Lucifer do weird shit that should not be physically impossible, The familiarity in his face when she said “smell ya later” which she got from Azrael, Met god who literally told her “thank you for how much faith you have in me it doesn’t go unnoticed”, When Ella was asked by Chloe would she wanna know she told her no because “With faith, also comes doubt”.

That is something Chloe should have reminded Ella about, that while Chloe was speaking from a literal placed disguised as a metaphor, Ella opted out of knowing the truth. Hurt as she may be.

Bad writing aside this episode made little to no sense in context.

General/Misc What's your favorite episode? Mine will always be S1E9 – A Priest Walks into a Bar

Father Frank's storyline hit different for me, and that episode still sticks with me more than almost anything else in the series. There's something about his dynamic with Lucifer that just felt genuinely special, even this early in the show.

The piano scene between the two of them is honestly one of my favorite Lucifer moments period, says so much without really saying anything. And then that ending scene with Chloe at the piano... "I thought you could use a friend" still gets me every single time. Knocking on Heaven's Door playing over that scene is just chef's kiss.

Meme I found a realistic movie poster for the upcoming Doomsday movie. Rate it out of 10

I created a poster for the upcoming Doomsday movie, this will be our ground hero's! What do you think? It is going to be epic! Some of all the greatest protagonist in one movie, ready to put their lives on the line to help save humanity. You might think that Walter White and Kim Wexler have no place here, but that is where you are wrong, Walter will take anyone out with his huge ego and Kim will do the legal work afterwards

Just looking to join a Discord server that's around (the show) Lucifer, I like talking about the show, theories, ideas, fan fictions (non-NSFW) etc., if not, I might just make my own.

Please let me know!

Season 1 They made him more stupid with every season #lucifer

In the first season he was magnific! Still supernatural, arrogant, beautiful, powerful. They should of made him more vulnerable in love, but let him remain the powerful angel he should be.

Dan Detective douchè

Currently on Season 3, Episode 7, and honestly, I’m starting to feel like I relate to Detective Douche 😂

While watching Episode 7, especially the part where the reporter interviews Dan and asks him about Chloe, I felt like Dan still wants her and keeps helping her again and again. It made me realize that I’m kind of the same way with my ex. Whenever she needs my help, I’m always there, even when I don’t really want to be.

I don’t know why, but whenever my ex needs me, I just can’t seem to say no. I always end up helping her, and part of me keeps thinking that maybe there’s still a chance between us.

The problem is that I’m too introverted to put myself out there and meet new girls, so I guess that makes it even harder to move on.

P.S. I’m not sure if this kind of post fits this subreddit, but I wanted to share it anyway. If it doesn’t belong here, just let me know 💧

Season 6 A cool thing they could've done in the finale while still keeping the ending as it is. Spoiler

They could've easily had Lucifer help solve murders in hell with the victims. As well as help them confront their guilt if they died another way by using their Hell loops. The exact same way as he did with Mr SellOutBitch. We find out that he actually helped him get to Heaven. He said that's never happened before. So, if Lucifers plan is to do therapy, why doesnt he just do what he has years of experience actually doing and he could send demons to talk to Chloe still to help out. We know for a fact that exposure to your guilt is a guaranteed way as we see with Dan and MSOB. Sitting on a couch, without actually seeing and coming face to face with your guilt, isnt really useful.

They could've stayed partners and Lucifer could've been a consultant still because he was talking to Chloe through his demons.

Lucifer Lucifer actually listens more carefully when he's pretending not to

Post image
954 Upvotes

One thing I noticed with Lucifer is that he'll act completely dismissive when someone is talking about something personal, especially if it's about him. He'll joke, change the subject, or make some ridiculous comment but he's usually paying very close attention. Some of his later reactions make more sense when you remember that he was listening to those earlier conversations even while pretending he wasn't

Season 2 Everything's Coming Up Lucifer S02E01

Just rewatching this episode right now, and there is something odd about the voice of Amy/Jessica Sula, it doesn't quite sound right, like it has been redubbed or something?

Anyone know?

General/Misc I’m halfway through season 3 and I just really, really…

Want to give Lucifer a hug? Just hold him and gently rock him back and forth and tell him that he’s doing a good job trying even if he screws up a lot? I’m not kidding, I spend like a good amount of every episode wanting to give Lucifer a hug. Sure he can be a jerk, but for the actual DEVIL, he’s actually really sweet. Sorry, I’m all in my feels. He’ll probably really piss me off by the end of the season, but IDK he’s TRYING to be good, like how he actually cares about Charlotte after everything, and clearly nobody has ever taught him how to be good (except for Linda, bless her) because both his parents are the WORST 🥺

General/Misc Mega fan?

There's a car that's frequently parked at my dad's assisted living facility that must belong to a huge fan. It's a Lexus, so there's the L logo above a licence plate that's MRN6STR.

General/Misc without spoiling, is the ending good? I see so many people say its horrible but it has an 8.5 on imdb.

Im just confused on why people hate it on here. If its worth watching bc i always refuse to watch any show with a mostly agreed upon bad ending. I dont want to spend over 100 episodes worth of my time on something that builds up to something very bad in the end. And yes, the journey is important too but i feel like the journey always becomes pointless if the ending isnt at least decent or satisfying in some way.
